Whilst there has been a slight delay in getting our fifth edition of the Pinnacle Newsletter out to you, there has been plenty of action in and around Pinnacle!

You may have noticed our fresh new signage, website and newspaper advertising which coincided with the launch of Stage 7A into the market. Whilst we have undertaken a marketing re-fresh, Pinnacle has not changed its unique offering to the community, which includes modern living opportunities with the ideal mix of city convenience and relaxed country ambience. The Delacombe Town Centre is on your doorstep along with 22 hectares of parkland - Simply Brilliant!


Here's what's been happening in and around Pinnacle, along with an update on projected delivery timeframes for stages under construction:

Stage 1 Stage 1 has really taken shape with most houses built and further residents moving in.
Stage 2 More houses have been constructed in this stage and it will start to take shape over the next few months.
Stage 3 The construction of Stage 3 is now in full swing with sewer works nearly complete and drainage underway. We should see this stage taking shape in January 2020, with kerb and channel scheduled soon after the New Year. Titles are expected March/ April of 2020.
Stage 4

We were excited to see Titles issued for Stage 4, with most of the lots now sold and settled, and some house construction commenced.

The completion of this stage along with roadworks next door allows for direct vehicle and pedestrian connection to the Delacombe Town Centre along Valiant Drive, making access to those wonderful facilities even easier for our residents!

Stage 5 Stage 5 will see the delivery of the main entrance into the estate off the Glenelg Highway. It is anticipated that works on this stage will commence in the 2nd quarter of 2020, with titles expected in the second half of that year.
Stage 7 This Stage has more recently been released to the market for sale. Construction is anticipated to commence in the second half of 2020. We would therefore be looking at early 2021 for titles.


Highmark Homes, Langdon Building and Metricon displays are open for viewing. 5AB Homes will soon join those displays, with that home also accessible from the Glenelg Highway service road.

These builders offer great house and land packages for lots within Pinnacle and will often have some prime lots on hold when new stages are released. Be sure not to miss out and visit their displays!

There is definitely an increased level of activity in the market, with a lot of people keen to take advantage of Pinnacle's proximity to the Delacombe Town Centre. Our recent release of Stage 7A saw lots selling fast, with Stage 7B released soon after. That overall stage, which features flatter lots ranging in size from 251 - 633m2 is now 60% sold. Remaining lots are sure to move quickly, so don't wait to secure your ideal lot!

A range of other lots are also on offer at Pinnacle, with lots located alongside the future 22-hectare open space reserve, at the estate's Glenelg Highway frontage and closer to the Delacombe Town Centre. A mixture of both flat lots and sloping lots that command spectacular views over the parkland and distant rolling hills are available. Building on a slope does not need to be expensive and can provide opportunities to create a home like no other, with all of the advantages, plus the views!

With titled lots available in Stage 2, you can start building your dream home immediately. These lots have some slope to them, with builders such as Langdon Homes, Hamlan Homes, Hotondo and McMaster Designer Homes offering some inspiring split level products. Split level works with the land to offer improved amenity to its residents. Speak to one of these builders now!

Other lots currently available are in Stages 3 and 5, with titles anticipated as indicated above.

With such a range of lots on offer, there is sure to be something that suits your needs. You still only need a 5% deposit and we can offer flexible settlement timeframes to enable you to get your finances in place.

The end of year festivities will soon be in full swing at the Delacombe Town Centre, with the launch of Frozen 2 at Showbiz Cinemas setting things off on Saturday 30 November. Other activities on the day include face painting, Frozen dream catcher craft and Anna and Elsa will also be at the Centre. Check out the DTC website for more details.

Whilst you are there get some of that Christmas shopping done, grab a bite to eat or enjoy a drink at one of the many cafes. Or if you want a meal that is a bit faster, Delish Kebabs & Fish N Chips is now open for lunch and dinner 7-days a week.

Opposite the Delacombe Town Centre, Bunnings has also now opened its doors, providing Ballarat residents with one of the largest Bunning's stores in Australia. Dan Murphy's, McDonald's, PetStock and other exciting retailers are also set to open stores in and around the Delacombe Town Centre in the near future - all of which are a stone'sthrow from Pinnacle.
