Forecast Completion: June 2022
We are happy to report that the civil works on this stage are now complete, with the civil team bringing forward the delivery of the stage and having now completed asphalting, top-soil works and signage installation.
The audit process will now be undertaken with the relevant authorities and we anticipate receipt of a statement of compliance and titles in June 2022. At this time we expect settlements to commence in July 2022, so purchasers are encouraged to finalise finance arrangements to enable settlement at the appropriate time. Valuers can now access the site with prior arrangements with the civil contractor.
We will advise further once a statement of compliance has been issued.

Reserve

Grass is slowly taking within the first phase of the linear reserve and we are hopeful that we will be able to open this up to the public in the coming month.
The landscaped setting will provide residents with opportunities for passive recreation, particularly picnics where you can enjoy the outlook over the parkland and surrounding rural land.
The next phase of the reserve will provide a playground area and additional fitness circuit equipment to complement the exercise/stretching station provided within the first phase.
